    • What is this machine?

    bond.noogz.net's main server is mischa, named after one of the GoldenEye Satellites from the James Bond Movie of the same name. It is an older family computer that I converted to a Debian GNU/Linux-based Server. Its specs are as follows:

  • Debian GNU/Linux "Etch" OS
  • 200MHz Pentium-MMX Processor
  • 256MB of RAM
  • 2 Hard Disks: 3.2GB, 20GB
  • CD-ROM
  • 100mbps Ethernet Connection.
  • Connected to Internet via 1536/256K ADSL Connection
  • Dial-up Modem for Point-to-Point connections

    • As you can see, not a fantastic machine, but not too shabby either! If you want to donate parts, feel free to :P... However, the DSL line is a bit slow for uploads atm... so no complaints about your download speeds.
